E-Mail link		Description: Provide support to approximately 110 MCAD users in the day to day use of the MCAD workstations and applications they use. Users are predominantly based in Dundee but also remote support is provided to China / Waterloo - Canada, Brazil. Approximately 50 are core users with the balance in the occasional use category. We support these users from a 46 licenses bundle. New users Provide and setup a machine for them to use on the network with Pro/Engineer and Windows apps including email configured for use. The machine will be a clone off an existing master. Existing users Answer queries on a variety of subjects. Pro-Engineer - drawing / modeling / assembly creation and any other aspect of the usage of the application. Log all calls on an internally supported Access data base for tracking purposes. Answer any queries on the operating system and any hardware related issues. Process. Provide the MCAD support resource to archive MCAD data through an internal application. This is a critical part of the Engineering release process. Ensure compliance with any corporate IT initiatives in areas such as network access control and virus protection software. Web based applications Develop solutions to problems and issues and deploy these solutions via the MCAD web site on the NCR intranet.
Experience Required: Application areas in order of importance or strengths needed. Pro/Engineer IT support skills Pro/Engineer / administration / licensing. Windows applications, HTML based application experience would be very useful
