Data gathering for problem solving. Maintain factory TS. Analyses and draw up factory layouts. Analyses material flows and handling methods. Observe and communicate with operators and staff. Draw up reports about findings. Recommended solutions / improvements and justify these. Assist in implementation and monitor effects Experience Required: Min. HNC - Manufacturing Engineering / Industrial Engineering PC skills - spreadsheets. Manufacturing experience - Fast moving manufacture environment and/or knowledge of medium volume paced assembly. Time study experience. Good communication skills. Experience of leading projects. Strong minded.
