Development / Support Officer

E-Mail link		Description: Information System Development - Develop a suite of reports and information screens from existing data / Rationalise existing reporting tools / Analyse the information needs of users / Assist in the Analysis of Business Data Flows Application Support - Provide 2nd line support for the PC user community / Assist in the day to day running of the computer system / Assist in the support of our manufacturing control system. Business Understanding - Develop an understanding of the workings of MTS Business. Team Membership - Share information and understanding with other IS staff / Demonstrate a willingness to assist and to learn.
Experience Required: Experience with relational databases and application development. Any experience gained in the support of computers and networks is desirable. Technical Knowledge - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 97/2000, allied with an appreciation of DOS 6.22, Windows 95 and Windows NT operating systems. Understanding of Novell and Windows networks
